About Us
A group of friends began taking occasional late-night walks around Jurong Spring, looking out for anyone who might be spending the night in a void deck or in a park. This gradually expanded to walks around the wider Jurong West area and on the 14th of February 2020, The Lighthouse was born.
In Februrary 2021, The Lighthouse became an official member of the PEERS network.

To befriend and empower rough sleepers in Singapore to pursue a better quality of life.
What We Do
Befriending Rough Sleepers
Before any practical help can be given, trust and rapport needs to be built first, and that's what our team aims to do with our rough sleeper friends through our weekly visits.
Bread & Water Distribution
Every week, volunteers would visit our rough sleeper friends with bread and water, fruits, festive goods or birthday cakes depending on the occasion.
